Preparation
- Rinse the rice in a pot, add 1 litre of water, and place the pot on the stove.
- Add butter, stock cubes, curry powder, chilli powder, soy sauce, diced pepper, vegetable oil and sesame oil. Bring the mixture to boil for 20 mins.
- Add prawns and vegetables to the mixture and stir well.
- Stir the mixture well and simmer until the rice is cooked, adding water as necessary, for approx. 20 mins.
