Vegetable oil

1Ltr Water

Maggi stock

3 cubes

Chicken stock

3 cubes

Chilli powder

½ tsp

Curry powder

2 tbsp

Soy Sauce

2 tbsp

Red bell pepper

1 piece

Sesame oil

1 tbsp

Prawns

150g

Vegetables

Vegetable oil

Preparation

  1. Rinse the rice in a pot, add 1 litre of water, and place the pot on the stove.
  2. Add butter, stock cubes, curry powder, chilli powder, soy sauce, diced pepper, vegetable oil and sesame oil. Bring the mixture to boil for 20 mins.
  3. Add prawns and vegetables to the mixture and stir well.
  4. Stir the mixture well and simmer until the rice is cooked, adding water as necessary, for approx. 20 mins.
