Ingredients

Uzuza seed

40g

Assorted meat (as per recipe)/Catfish/Barracuda fillets

1kg

Ogiri dissolved in water

4 tbsp

1Ltr Water

Maggi stock

4 cubes

Dry crayfish powder/shrimp powder

10g

Preparation

  1. Place the fish and catfish fillets in a pot with 600 ml of water; add the pepper soup spice and the optional items.
  2. Bring the mixture to boil and allow it to simmer for 30 mins stirring periodically.
