Moringa Leaves

Moringa Leaves

Moringa leaves are tiny and oval to obovate in shape, with leaflets about 1-2 centimeters in length and 0.5–1 cm in breadth. The feathery, vivid green leaflets are smooth, thick, and robust, and they grow in a tripinnate structure. Moringa leaves have a mildly bitter flavor with grassy undertones and a horseradish-like spiciness. They provide a unique grassy scent during the cooking process. Moringa leaves grow on a tree with drooping branches, and the hanging fruits contain dark brown, spherical seeds.
